What an affiliate relationship is
An affiliate link can generate a commission or other benefit when a reader clicks, registers, or buys. The reader's price may remain the same, but the relationship is material because it can financially benefit the publisher.
Where Dezly uses an affiliate link, the affected page will disclose that relationship clearly and close to the recommendation. A general policy page does not replace a specific disclosure where a reader needs it.
Current publishing status
Dezly's tutorial article archive is currently empty while the content program is rebuilt. Framework and policy pages do not contain affiliate product rankings. Future commercial links will be added only with the page-level disclosures and review controls described here.
Advertising
Dezly may display advertising through Google AdSense after a visitor grants advertising permission. Advertisements are selected and delivered by Google and participating partners. The presence of an advertisement does not mean Dezly has reviewed or endorsed the advertiser, product, or claim.
Advertising placement is kept separate from editorial conclusions. An advertiser cannot buy a ranking, suppress a correction, require a positive review, or receive an undisclosed advantage in coverage.
Gifts, samples, and sponsorship
A gifted product, sample, press access, travel support, paid placement, or sponsored page is a material connection and must be disclosed. Sponsored content must be labeled before the reader encounters the commercial claim.
Dezly may decline arrangements that prevent independent testing, require predetermined language, restrict comparison, hide the sponsor, or make a meaningful disclosure difficult.
How recommendations are made
Recommendations must state the reader need, comparison criteria, relevant test conditions, trade-offs, and limits. Price, availability, fiber content, construction, care, durability, accessibility, and use case may matter more than brand recognition.
An affiliate program's commission rate is not an editorial criterion. When evidence does not support a single best option, the page should explain alternatives rather than manufacture a winner.
Price and availability
Retail prices, stock, shipping, taxes, promotions, and product specifications can change after publication. Readers should confirm current terms with the seller before purchasing. Dezly is not the seller unless a page explicitly states otherwise.
Editorial team relationships
Contributors must disclose financial, employment, family, gift, or advisory relationships that could reasonably affect coverage. The Editorial Director may reassign a review, add another editor, expand disclosure, or exclude the item.
Compliance approach
Disclosures are written to be noticeable and understandable rather than hidden in a footer, ambiguous icon, or long legal paragraph. Dezly aims to follow applicable endorsement and consumer-protection requirements in the markets where content is directed.
Questions
Questions about an advertisement, affiliate link, sponsorship, or missing disclosure can be sent through the Contact page. Include the page URL and a description of the relationship or placement involved.
